Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Because our products are made‑to‑order, returns are evaluated case‑by‑case.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are not refundable.

• Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

Because each item is printed when ordered, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we’ll help you place a new order.

• Photos (if damaged)

• Reason for return
